The 51-year-old singer, Kylie Minogue, also revealed that she would be pledging $5 million to support firefighting efforts tackling the resilient blazes.

“Our support and prayers go to everyone affected by the devastating wildfires all over the country. We donate $5 million to the Rural Fire Services who are doing their best to stop the fire.”, wrote the actress Nicole Kidman.

Last week, the singer Pink pledged $5 million directly to the local fire services as well.

“I am devastated and so sad because of what is happening now in Australia. My heart goes to our family and friends in Oz.”, wrote Pink.
