Ginger and Moringa have been used for decades, in order to combat multiple diseases, and have always yielded excellent results. Some recent studies have shown that if these two ingredients are used in combination and in the right portions, their effect will be much faster and more effective as well.

Properties of Moringa:

The Moringa is also known as the tree of life and it is part of the traditional medicine of India, known as Ayurveda. It is native to India, as well as Afghanistan and Pakistan, but thanks to the extraordinary properties that it has, it became so popular that it is now cultivated in a lot of other parts of the world.

How to prepare the infusion of moringa and ginger?

Needed ingredients:

  • 85 g fresh ginger;
  • 10 pretty green moringa leaves;
  • A teaspoon of honey (optional);
  • 4 cups water.


First, wash the ginger root very well and cut it into slices. Boil them together with 4 cups of water for about 10 minutes. Then, turn off the heat and add the moringa leaves. Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes. Strain the mixture and you are ready to drink. If you wish you can add a teaspoon of honey too.

You should take this infusion one cup in the morning and one before you go to sleep.
