A study shows the link between chemotherapy and aggressive cancer promotion. Do we need any more evidence that the trillion – dollar cancer industry is entirely toxic?
An article titled “Double-Edged Sword: Killing Cancer Cells Can Also Drive Tumor Growth” published by the Beth Israel Deaconess Center, gives us the low-down on those toxic treatments.
The article summarizes a study conducted by the researchers who have found that radiation and chemotherapy treatments, which seek to treat cancer by killing tumor cells, are causing the cancerous tumors to grow larger, as well as more prolific.
A team which included researchers from BIDMC has shown that the dead and dying cancer cells are generated by chemotherapy and targeted cancer therapy paradoxically trigger inflammation, which promotes aggressive tumor growth.
While a natural inflammatory process starts during the release of chemicals by damaged tissues in the body, which can be from an injury or due to exposure to a foreign pathogen, over time, the chronic inflammation can cause DNA damage and lead to cancer.
For instance, people with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis and Crohn disease have an increased risk of colon cancer. But, guess what? Those people that undergo radiation, as well as chemotherapy can also cause a cycle of chronic inflammation to start in their body. This condition, according to the studies, will make their cancer to spread.
Do you need even more proof?
Check this study: “Chemotherapy – enhanced inflammation may lead to the failure of the therapy, and metastasis.” This is curious. There is another scientific study which suggests chemo causing chronic inflammation that leads to cancer as well.
The Canadian Cancer Society also admits that one side effect of chemotherapy is inflammation.
Still, there is a confidence that cancer treatments like chemo and radiation are life – saving. Nevertheless, it is more likely that those therapies just prolong life and kill cancer cells only temporarily, while eventually leading to a recurrence of cancer.
Cancer patients go into remission, thinking that everything is right. Then, the chronic inflammation caused by their treatments, end up spreading the cancer cells to some other organ. In some cases, even causing cancer to become systemic. This is the reason why you will see the majority of cancers return in less than a year when chemo and radiation are the sole forms of treatment.
Radiation and chemotherapy can probably cause the cancerous cells to shrink. However, they can also be a gateway for aggressive malignant tumors to grow. This will make cancer almost impossible to treat. Even the natural methods will fail, once it spreads to different other organs in the body.
So, the hard-line truth is that chemotherapy can cause cancer to spread. Is it a side effect which we should continue paying for this “short-term solution” when hundreds of other natural cancer treatments can cause cancer to dissolve on its own?
