Specifically, science studies proved that apple cider vinegar supports vitality and refreshes the body, stimulates the entire metabolism, and strengthens its defenses, therefore immunity.

Sore Throat

Mix 1/4 cup water with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar. Every 3 to 4 hours consume one teaspoon of mixture. Before use, stir well. To enhance the mix, you can add two teaspoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

There is another way to relieve a sore throat: in a glass of hot water put four teaspoons of vinegar, a little salt, and put a few drops of propolis. Drink a certain amount and gargle several times a day.

Sinusitis

Apple vinegar removes the mucus that collects in the sinuses and makes it difficult to breathe. Its antibacterial properties also prevent sinusitis and colds. Drink some water mixed with apple vinegar.

Dry hair and dandruff

Pour a third of a cup of apple cider vinegar into four cups of water and rinse the hair after shampooing. Leave it for a few minutes and wash with cold water. It will make your hair shiny and soft. And, do you have problems with dandruff? Not anymore! Twice a week spray your scalp with a mixture of equal amounts of vinegar and water. Wrap hair in a towel and let sit for an hour. Wash your hair as usual.
