Divide into thirds and drink one portion before each of your three daily meals. Follow this rule for two or three weeks.
One cup a day of freshly expressed beet juice is an excellent tonic for a liver detox. You can also try a variation, which I prefer, that includes a mixture of three ounces each of beet and carrot juice, combined with two ounces of celery juice. (I’m using the whole celery plant, root included)

- Brussels sprouts – the whole plant family of cabbages and broccoli have a sulfur-containing natural chemical called glucosinolate. Glucosinolates are protecting the liver from damage and also improve the ability to eliminate toxins from the body.
